《微言》Sublime Words

作为一个国际性的当代艺术双年展，非官方的外展形式应该是与其同时存在的一部分，不论是从学术性还是从艺术语言的多样性来看，外展都是双年展不可缺少的支持和补充。《微言》，这与＂危言耸听＂的危言有斜音，可以产生更多的想像空间。以此希望代表当下一些还未受到关注的年轻艺术家的声音，使人们能够看到他们的方向和思考。

《巡回排演》给人的感觉是一种大型的，戏剧性的艺术现场，《微言》从另一个角度来梳理这次外延展的观念，是年轻而具有活力的。 当下国内艺术创作中徘徊着很多"建筑性， 里程碑"一样的艺术作品，能看到巨型的装置，雕塑，这些都成为了一种现象。SB会期间各个国家馆的珍藏以及庞大的规模。 而在整个城市里缺少一些柔软的，细腻的，但很有深度的艺术作品来维系整个《城市艺术生态》的平衡。

所谓《微言》不仅仅是指艺术作品的尺寸要小，小要小的举重若轻。可以说是细腻中充满的诗意，但又不缺乏深度。微言不是害羞，而是自我的矜持。艺术家的表达方式更加的趋于平和，微妙，诗意化的展现他们的想法和观念。

As an international Contemporary Art Biennial, the unofficial form of extensive exhibition should exist simultaneously as one part of it. Whether from an academic point of view, or from the diversity of artistic language, the extensive exhibition will be the indispensable support and supplement for the Biennial. "Sublime Words" is pronounced the same as "Alarmism" in Chinese, which offers more imaginary space, in the hope of representing the words of the young artists without attention to the present. Then people can just see their direction and thoughts.

"Itinerant Rehearsals" shows people a large-scale and dramatic art scene. From another point of view, "Sublime Words" explains the concept of the extensive exhibition, which is young and energetic. Nowadays there are many artworks resembling "architecture or landmark" in the domestic artistic creation, bringing out giant installations and sculptures. That becomes a phenomenon. During the Expo, each country museum has been displaying collections on a large scale. Nevertheless the city lacks of several soft and exquisite artworks with deep meanings, in order to sustain a whole balance of "Ecological City Art".

The meaning of "Sublime Words" artworks is of far-reaching significance. It can be exquisite and poetic. "Sublime Words" is not showing shamefacedly, but reservedly. The artists express their ideas and concepts poetically on a more peaceful and subtle way.
