“Changing states of matter”群展米兰开幕
“Changing states of matter”群展近日在米兰Brand New画廊开幕。参展艺术家包括亚伦·安吉尔（Aaron Angell）、比安卡·贝克（Bianca Beck）、琳达（Lynda Benglis）、马修·钱伯斯（Matthew Chambers）、瑞安·福斯特（Ryan Foerster）、杰西卡·杰克逊·哈钦斯（Jessica Jackson Hutchins）、加布里埃尔·哈特利（Gabriel Hartley）以及安东尼（Antonia Gurkovska）等。

这场展览尝试向观众展示艺术创作背后的过程，这种过程涉及到一种对真实情况的“假想的制作”，甚至是被带到了感官体验的极致。参展艺术家通过以新的形式和外观来表现主题的方式探索研究了这个主题。在这场展览中，每一位艺术家都以他/她对有形物质的体验及个人记忆为基础选择了一种表现方式。因此，物质在这里演变成了对社会及我们所存在的现实状况的各种结构的隐喻，而它的侵略性则变成了一种可以用来探索与相异性的联系及人与物品之间不断发生的相互交流的实践。
尽管部分展出作品看起来似乎非常传统（从被公认的艺术史的角度来说），而它们之间的差异则来自对继承于、或是与那种风格有关联的陈词滥调的颠覆。这些作品揭示了思维与构造过程之间明显的张力，这使得构想一种能够提供无限空间千变万化的视野的新雕塑模式变得可能了。
