Platform China (Beijing) will present "Abyss: Jin Shan Solo Exhibition", which will display the artist's paintings and video works.
In this show, all the paintings are created under no prior composition and ideas, they are abstract, simple, direct and violent; it makes the painting dark and depressing. And video works are focused on the violence intensification and body pain. This is how Jin Shan explain the exhibition theme "Abyss" : " the theme of this exhibition is do not want to live, there is no way to live, either you die or I die."

本次个展展出的绘画作品并没有事先的构图和设想，它们抽象、简单，色彩上直接而暴力，显得黑暗和压抑，而影像作品则聚焦于暴力的白热化和肉身的痛苦。金闪如此解释“深渊”的展览主题：“这个展览的主题思想是不想活了，也没办法活下去了，不是你死就是我死。”
