项目介绍：
《周斌：365天创作计划》是将于2016年8月7日启动的持续365天、每天创作一件新作品的艺术项目，其概念源于2010年的创作项目《30天：周斌计划》，但又有不同之处。这是继2016年4月28日在成都当代美术馆《无话可说：周斌个展》后，周斌对其所言“人生进入下半场、艺术进入下半场”思考的第一次呈现。
创作思路：
将艺术创作与日常生活强行融合，用项目的强度在身心层面把创作力逼到极限，在艺术与生活的失控状态中寻求并建立新秩序。
创作执行：
自2016年8月7日至2017年8月6日，每天创作一件新作品，媒介不限。
为何众筹：
1、《周斌：365天创作计划》是持续一年的创作计划，工作强度大，项目结束时也将举办专题展览和出版书籍。经费的保障和工作团队的组建将使这个创作项目拥有更多的可能性和更好的完成度。
2、众筹将使创作项目更具有公共性，参与者与艺术家、策展人之间围绕本项目展开的一系列互动对话，无疑会大大丰富项目的内涵。这些信息也将是本项目书籍文献的重要组成部分。
众筹方案：
1、众筹人数：365人，每人365元。每人限筹一件作品，按参与顺序获取对应天数的作品。作品是有艺术家签名之销售版原件。
2、众筹时间：自2016年7月21日起至2017年8月6日（众筹人满则提前截止）。
3、项目结束后三月内举办专题展览、出版项目文献，展览结束后作品交付给众筹人。

周斌简介：
1970年出生於中国西安，毕业於西安美术学院，1994至1997年先后在北京圆明园画家村和宋庄进行油画创作。1997年移居成都后，专注于行为艺术创作至今。
周斌在创作上强调对自身感受和意念的绝对尊重，无论是对细微情感的表达还是对周遭现实的思考呈现。周斌将创作聚焦于对行为艺术本体语言的研究，强调：说什么重要，怎么说更重要。在其作品中，身体语言、多媒介互动、空间介入、偶发、事件性等手段都有涉及，依据作品方案被自由的采用。
周斌广泛参与国际间的行为艺术活动，曾在日本东京现场艺术中心、韩国光州市立美术馆、仁川艺术平台、新加坡滨海艺术中心、泰国曼谷文化艺术中心、荷兰W139美术馆、英国华人艺术中心、美国摩尔大学美术馆、西班牙行动艺术空间、以色列ZAZ行为艺术中心、德国SAVVY当代艺术机构、路德维希博物馆、意大利21世纪国家艺术博物馆（MAXXI）、奥地利KUNSTRAUM NIEDEROESTERREICH画廊、维也纳TANZQUARTIERWIEN，以及瑞士、比利时、菲律宾、越南、缅甸、印尼、巴基斯坦等国家进行艺术创作、驻留研究、学术讲座和主持工作坊。
为推动行为艺术的发展，周斌也积极参与艺术活动的组织和教学工作。2007年创办UP-ON（向上）现场艺术空间，组织了诸如UP-ON（向上）国际现场艺术节、中日行为艺术交流等众多的国际交流项目。2012年5月始至今，周斌被邀请在四川美术学院和四川大学艺术学院讲授行为艺术课程。2015年12月始，被邀请在德国柏林自由大学、维也纳美术学院讲授行为艺术课程。

—Explanation of the Crowdfunding Campaign

Zhou Bin: A 365 Day Projectis set tocommence on Aug 7, 2016 and will continue throughout 365 days, with theartist creating one new artwork on each day of the year. Although different inits own way, the initial idea for this series of actions originates in a 2010series of action, 30 Days Zhou Bin Project. Zhou Bin: A 365 Day Project sets into actionfor the first time a statement made by the artist on Apr 28, 2016 at theChengdu Museum of Contemporary Art’s Nothing to Say:Zhou Bin Solo Exhibition, at which time the artist stated to his audience that “As my lifeenters its next phase, so does my artwork”.
Creative Intent: To blur the boundariesbetween life and artistic creation. To push the limits of body-basedperformance in such a way that creative modality reaches its potential.To be able, when life and art pull the artist off balance, to arrive at agreater sense of order.
Creative Plan:To continue over the periodof one year, from Aug 7, 2016 (First Day of Autumn in Chinese lunarcalendar) thru Aug 6, 2017. 365artworks, one on each day.
Crowdfunding Goal：
1. Zhou Bin: A 365 Day Project is a oneyear plan involving a large amount of effort and work to be done. Once theproject has concluded, an exhibition will be held for which a catalogue will bepublished. Funding and a work team will guarantee both that this project ispossible, and that it reaches its greatest potential.
2. Crowdsourcing will also make thisproject more available to the public, as participants together with artist andcurator will be able to create dialogue around the artworks, contributingdiscourse to this series of actions. All discussion created around the artworkswill be included in a final archival catalogue.
Crowdfunding Proposal：
1.Crowdfunding targeted number of people:365 people contributing one Chinese RMB for each day. Each crowdfunding memberwill fund one artwork, and artworks will be awarded to crowdfunding members inthe order in which crowdfunding members make their contribution. Each awardedartwork will be a signed original.
2.Crowdfunding time period: From Jul 21, 2016 thruAug 6, 2017 (or up until the crowdfunding goal of contributingmembers is met).
3. An exhibition will be held no longerthan three months after the conclusion of this project, and archival materialswill then be published. At the end of the exhibition, artworks will bedistributed to their designated owners.

Zhou Bin—a briefbio:
Born in 1970 in Xi’an, China, Zhou Bingraduated from Xi’an Academy of Fine Arts. Between the years of 1994 and 1997,he worked at Beijing’s YuanmingyuanandSongzhuang artist villages. 1997 markedhis move to Chengdu, where he turned exclusively to performance art. Zhou Bin’swork emphasises the body’s experience in performance artworks, giving absolutesubstance to the idea, whether expressing some slight feeling or dealing withlife’s contingencies. His works arrive at the epistemological and linguistic rootof performance art, stressing: What you say is important, but how you say it,even more so. The body’s language, interaction of various media, spatialpenetration, spontaneity, and the event are all in medias res, ready to befreely employed.
Zhou Bin has travelled extensively abroadwith his performance art, spending productive time in Japan’s Tokyo Live ArtCenter, Korea’s Guangzhou City Museum, Renchuan Art Stage, Singapore’s BinhaiArt Center, Thailand’s ManguCulture and Art Center, Holland’s W139 Museum,England’s Chinese Art Center, Moore University Museum, Seattle Action ArtSpace, Isreal’s ZAZ Performance Art Center, Germany’s SAVVY Modern Art Group,Ludwig Museum, Italy’s 21st Century National Art Museum (MAXXI), Austria’sKUNSTRAUM NIEDEROESTERREICH Gallery, Vienna’s TANZQUARTIER WIEN. He hasresearched and performaned in art residency programs throughout Sweden,Belgium, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Indonesia and Pakistan.
Zhou Bin has travelled extensively abroadwith his performance art,He has developed performance art, constantly active inevents and organizations as well as with academic work. In 2007, Zhou Bincreated Up-On Live Art Space, which produced Up-On International Live ArtFestival, as well as many other countries. From May 2012, Zhou Bin has beeninvited as Lecturer to Sichuan Fine Arts Institute and The Art Institute ofSichuan University where he givesclasses on performance art. From Dec 2015, he has also been invited byGermany’s Berlin Free University as well as the Vienna Academy of Fine Arts toconduct performance art curricula.

《遗言》
行为+装置，2016年8月7日，中国西安终南山
过程：周斌回到故乡西安，上终南山寻找到一棵与其年龄相仿的松树。在树下写了一封遗言，后于树身凿孔，将写有遗言的纸笺放入其中密封。此纸笺寄生于树身，经岁月荏苒。
《木剑》
行为+雕塑，2016年8月8日，中国西安至西宁
过程：周斌驾车从西安到青海西宁，行程千余里、历时12小时至西域苍茫之地。车后拖曳一根从老家具上取下的木质构件，将其磨砺成剑。
《抄报纸》
行为+装置，2016年8月9日，中国西宁当代艺术空间
过程：购买西宁当日主流报纸《西宁晚报》和《西海都市报》，择文汇编，抄写于面朝大街的橱窗玻璃上，从黄昏到深夜，共六小时。
《行话》
行为艺术，2016年8月10日，中国西宁当代艺术空间
过程：周斌单腿支撑身体立于木柱上。同时竭力保持身体平衡在屋顶写下三句话：
你是什么人？
这是什么地方？
你到这里干什么？
（这三句话来自青海某监狱警示犯人的标语）
《这就是爱情？》
行为艺术，2016年8月11日，中国西宁当代艺术空间
过程：用芥末在纸上写一个拼音字母，贴于墙，随即舔食，共59张。写有芥末字母的纸片在四面展墙按顺时针方向排列成一句话：BUDUANDEXIANGHETONGYIGERENZUO
AIJUJUEQITAJIHUIZHEJIUSHIAIQING（不断的想和同一个人做爱，拒绝其他机会，这就是爱情——2006年诺贝尔文学奖得主：奥尔罕.帕默克）。随着周斌舔食芥末的继续，其身体有了恶心、流口水、呕吐等强烈的生理反应。
《矛盾》
行为+装置，2016年8月12日，中国青海共和镇监狱
过程：在青海共和镇监狱内的墙上有三行写给犯人的警示语：
你是什么人？
这是什么地方？
你到这里来做什么？
周斌用监狱里找到的十七个警用盾牌将警示标语遮盖。
《野孩子》
行为艺术，2016年8月13日，中国青海海南州
过程：将一个会发声的玩偶孩子流放在山巅，面朝湖水。（到山巅有一段长十余米，仅二十公分宽需骑行通过的山脊，常人不会到达)
《四十六想》
行为艺术，2016年8月14日，中国西宁当代艺术空间
过程：周斌在纸上写零碎的念头，粘在窜天猴烟花上，逐一点燃放飞、炸响，共四十六个（数字同其年龄）。
作品选择在晚间实施，观众在空间外透过玻璃观看。小空间内烟花飞窜，且逐渐烟雾弥漫，与外界在视觉上隔离。
《引狼入蜀》
行为艺术，2016年8月15、16日，中国西宁到成都
过程：周斌驾车二千五百里从西宁到成都，沿途的车载装置在公路上滴洒用狼肉煮的汤，意图留下狼的气味，引狼入蜀。
《人呢？ 》
声音装置，2016年8月16日，中国成都
过程：周斌的外婆九十二岁，已常常不能分辨家人，而当身边无人时，会以恒定的音调自言自语：人呢？人呢？人都去哪儿啦？人呢？人呢？。。。
周斌用录音设备采集了这段话，展览时在一个订制装置空间中循环播放。
《一根炭精条：致马列维奇》
行为+绘画，2016年8月17日，中国成都
过程：在纸上消耗完一整根炭精条，画一个褐色方块。致敬马列维奇的至上主义。
《蝉翼》
行为+雕塑，2016年8月18日，中国成都公共空间
过程：周斌在拆迁的废墟上捡拾到一根钢锯、一把锁、一个扇叶和一块带钢筋的混凝土块。在将铁锈打磨掉后，周斌将这些东西交给一个电焊工人，让他根据自己的审美和想象去组合焊接这些材料，形成一件雕塑作品。
《一盏茶》
行为+绘画+声音，2016年8月19日，中国成都
过程：左臂平伸，手持一盏茶，长久静止不动。随时间流逝，胳膊逐渐无力开始失去平衡和颤抖，茶盏的盖、碗、碟之间碰撞发出不同的声音，并逐渐有茶水溢出，至胳臂力竭，茶盏落于纸上。时长20分钟。
《生命的样态》
行为+装置，2016年8月20日，中国成都
过程：将剪自家中宠物狗的毛，烧成焦炭状留存。一个半小时的时间里，空间中弥漫的蛋白质燃烧后的焦糊味道越来越强烈。
一切生命物质无非碳水化合物。
《消耗》
行为艺术，2016年8月21日，中国成都
过程：将一杯开水在两个玻璃杯间循环反复的倾倒，直至水被蒸发、消耗殆尽。历时一百分钟。

计划满一个月了，开始有了跑马拉松进入疲劳期的感觉，兴奋的情绪平静许多，累积的问题开始发作，精力和创作力下降带来的焦虑感越来越强，好在对于平衡处理日常事务，更好的把控创作状态有了更多经验，这让创作计划整体来讲推进平稳。已能真切的感受到自己的身心状态在计划执行中逐渐得到重塑与改造，这令我兴奋。（周斌）
So far one month in, and I feel likea marathon runner who’s initial burst of energy has transitioned into anawareness of the distance that lies ahead of me.Questions and issues crop upand anxiety grows as my creative energy takes its hit. A Piece of SteelRebar

Process: Record the sound of a constructionworker sawing a piece of steel rebar in the midst of a demolition site. Ofparticular note: during the otherwise everyday action of this worker, his bodytakes on seemingly abnormal contortions as he continues sawing the rebar.

过程：用三个小时视频记录了哨兵执勤中的面部特写。抽取48个3分钟长的片段，有两个版本，一个静态清晰画面，另一个是颤抖模糊画面。无声。用两面由24个显示器组成的电视墙同时播放。

Process: Get three hours of video footage ofa sentinel guard standing on duty. Edit 48 three minute segments, creating two24-segment versions. In one version, all scenes are clear and distinct. In theother, the frame is blurry and shaken. No sound. Show each version of 24simultaneously shown segments through an installation of 24 screens.

过程：周斌在街头偶遇一面旗，被其形态吸引，于是取回了这面旗。他站立在废墟的楼房中，将旗子打湿后盖于头顶，静静的等待其风干，直至被风吹落。
Air-dry a Flag

Process: Zhou Bin encounters a flag on thestreet, and is drawn in by its form. He retrieves it. Later, standing in ademolition site, the artist soaks the flag in waterand places the flag on hishead. He then stands still until the flag has completely air-dried and is blownoff his head by the wind.

Doll-Head

Process: In an indoor children’s playingarea, tie three balloons to the stick of a doll-head popsicle. When thedoll-head popsicle melts completely, these balloons carry the wooden popsiclestick up to the ceiling.
